Alejandro was very helpful and honest. He repaired a piece in less than 1 business day that another jeweler in town poorly made. I will do business with this jeweler again.

Stopped by the store the other day and was served by Alejandro. What an amazingly kind man. Although the store was busy, he handled all of his clients elegantly and was even able to take care of my challenging request. Kudos to The Jewelry Mart! I will definitely be coming back!

I just read the other review on here. As a young person myself, I can say I was treated beyond well here, in fact I really like the owner, he is so nice and didn’t seem at all annoyed with all my questions and phone calls during the process of getting my engagement ring made. The prices were significantly lower than the other places I checked in town, for the exact same quality diamond with certification and metal. I highly recommend the jewelry mart, especially if you’re getting a engagement ring made.

I am a gemologist and I also used to work at a jewelry store, so that makes me picky choosing the places I go to. Alejandro and his sons are all great and I always feel like I am in good hands when I take any jewelry there for repair. I also like their selection of jewelry in the shop! I will be coming in to visit you guys soon.

I ordered a set of custom opal and gold earrings for my upcoming event. Alejandro was fantastic and collaborative in the design process and included me in the design process. He completed the piece sooner than expected and they are better than I could've hoped for. Would 10/10 reccomend to anyone looking for quality custom jewelry one of the only fine jewelers with an amazing selection of natural opals

All of my nice jewelry has come from this place and everything I have received is so beautiful! Not only is the staff amazing but they have such a great variety of items. I was freaking out about a necklace I broke and they fixed it for free (and even cleaned my rings). Amazing service and beautiful jewelry

I have been going to Jewelry Mart in Goleta for over 15 years. Alejandro is honest, with integrity. I've read some of these bad reviews, and it seems a bit one sided. If there was something wrong and you brought your jewelry back, he would fix it, if he was in the wrong. So I'm not buying these negative review stories. I have had an experience with him when he was selling a ring of mine. Something went south with the buyer, and he had already altered my ring from its original condition to the specifications of the potential new owner, who requested these changes. Not only did he tell me about it and take complete responsibility for it. He compensated me and I feel very happy about that compensation. So I know for a fact that he handles his business with integrity and honesty. So to say that he did not take responsibility for any of these unhappy customers. I would believe that to be a bunch of bull.
